More stretching tips from my Yoga instructor, Jeri, that you can do as you sit in front of the computer.
Sit straight in your chair, raise your arms and push with palms out. Hold for three long breaths.
Back Twist: Sit straight and looking forward. Twist to the right and look right, hold for 3 long breaths.
Reverse: Sit straight and look forward, twist to the left and look left, hold for 3 long breaths.
Leg Stretch: Sit straight and look forward. Put your hands on thighs and push left heel forward, hold for 3 long breaths.
Put hands on thighs and push right heel forward, hold for 3 long breaths.
